Absolutely. Every salon is different, and Olivia will tailor the training based on your team’s current skill level, goals, and biggest challenges. You’ll fill out a short form before the session so everything is aligned.

Not at all. These trainings are designed for all levels—from newbies who’ve never posted a Reel to team members already creating content. Everyone will leave feeling more confident and clear on what to do next.

Both options are available depending on your location. In-person is ideal for salons in the DFW area or surrounding cities, but Olivia also offers virtual trainings for salons outside of Texas.

We want your whole team to be able to soak up as much as they can. Standard group trainings are designed for up to 20 people, but if you have a larger team or multiple salon locations, we can absolutely accommodate more. Just let us know when you inquire and we’ll make it happen.
